Muskegon River Trout - 3/9/12

Mark with a hog brown...nice
high water and searching for soft spots
well proportioned and appointed bow
going commando

Water levels took a huge jump today making the task of finding feeding fish a bit challenging.  Water levels  went up about 1,000 cfs and water remains stained but still has decent visibility.  Spent the day w/ collage roommate and good friend Mark.  While we had to search for fish a bit harder due to water conditions, fishing was pretty good.  Sontefly nymphs continue to be a major food item on the trouts menu "du jour".  Fish size, numbers and overall health continue to impress.
